Detailed Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions governing “< Register with Money2India and preferential rate on your first transaction >” ("Offer"), being made by ICICI Bank Limited, India ("ICICI Bank") to the Money2India ("M2I") registered users ("M2I Users"). The participation in this Offer shall be governed by the M2I Terms & Conditions present on www.money2india.com & Terms and Conditions envisaged herein (“Terms and Conditions”).

Definitions:

1. “Participant” refers to the M2I Users who remits money via M2I to any beneficiary in India.
2. “Transaction” refers to money transfers to India made by the Participants via M2I.
3. “Successful Transaction” refers to the Transaction where the beneficiary’s bank account has been credited/ funds are disbursed to the beneficiary as per instructions given by the Participant.
4. “Offer Period” refers to the time period of the Offer valid till July 31, 2018, 23.59 Hours IST. ICICI Bank may extend/reduce/cancel the Offer Period at its sole discretion with or without notice.
   

How to enter:
1. By participating in the Offer, the Participant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by ICICI Bank with or without notice) and by ICICI Bank’s decisions, which shall be deemed to be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Offer. All changes in the Terms and Conditions shall be posted on http://www.money2india.com. (“Website”).
2. To participate in the Offer, the Participant shall be required to register himself / herself at www.money2india.com in due compliance with the terms and conditions governing M2I, available at Website.

Eligibility:

1. Offer is valid if the Participant initiates a transfer using Money2India.com as per the specified criterion mentioned in the website ,.i.e, within 20 days of regisering himself/herself with Money2India he/she successfully completes a valid transaction within the offer period.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined by the Participant. It shall be entirely at the discretion of ICICI Bank to consider any exceptions to the above.
2. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body, which may arise or accrue to the Participant due to the provision of the Gift, shall be to the sole account of the Participant. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Gift shall be payable by the Participant. In case of India calling card, the participant may have to bear any local/national calling charges for accessing the local country dial-in number to avail the international calling card offer.

ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

The Offer and the opportunity to participate therein are entirely voluntary. Participation in this Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer.
5. The Gift enumerated herein shall be non-transferable and / or non-negotiable. No cash or any other substitute shall be offered for the Gift. ICICI Bank reserves the right to change the Gift offered under this Offer at any point of time without informing the Participants.
6. Depending on the current or permanent country of residence, the products and services offered by ICICI Bank may or may not be available to the M2I User. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. ICICI Bank shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to cancel the Gift to any M2I User where such prohibition is applicable and / or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
7. ICICI Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate the Participant/s of the award of the Gift hereunder.
8. The Offer shall be governed by Indian law. All disputes arising under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.

10. The Terms and Conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/ derogation to the terms and conditions governing the usage of the services offered by M2I as set out in the Website.
