A registered Money2India user (henceforth referred to as "Referrer") should have referred a non-user (A person who has not yet registered with Money2India, henceforth referred as "Referred Person") through the "Refer Your Friend" facility available in the Money2India logged-in section. |

ii. |
For the Referrer and the Referred person to be eligible for this Offer , the Referred person should register on Money2India website mentioning the 'Promo Code' as sent in the referral email and complete the first remittance transaction on Money2India within 45 days of the Referral email being sent by Money2India. The Referrer should confirm having obtained consent from the Referred Person to provide their contact details, which may be used to communicate details of the products and services of ICICI Bank. |

iii. |
Completion of remittance transaction within 45 days of receiving the Referral email by the Referred Person implies:
-
The remittance instruction shall be a valid request in accordance with the Terms and Conditions governing the usage of services offered by Money2India as set out in its Website.
- The remittance instruction shall be successfully processed by ICICI Bank for further disbursement to the receiver in India within 45 days of receiving the referral email. Successful processing implies that ICICI Bank should have received the clear funds in the corresponding Nostro accounts (as per the instructions specified on the Money2India website www.money2india.com) and successfully disbursed the funds to the respective receiver in India as indicated by the remittance status "Money sent to Bank account" or "Money sent to Beneficiary Bank" or "Draft Dispatched".

3. Other Terms & Conditions: |

1. |
Under this Offer, all eligible Referred Persons and the Referrers, shall get a better rate on transfer, in accordance with the terms and conditions herein mentioned. |

2. |
There may be other offers running simultaneously, no two offers can be combined. |
|
|
|
|
|
3. |
Referrers and Referred Persons who qualify for the offer will receive an email from ICICI Bank intimating them. |

4. |
ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. |

5. |
The Offer and the opportunity to participate therein is entirely voluntary and it is understood that registration in Money2india and remittances made by any Referred Person or reference of a friend or friends by a Referrer to avail of the Offer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis. Participation in this Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer. It is further understood that reference made by any Referrer, registration / remittances made by any Referred Person on Money2India is / are not being made solely because of the opportunity to avail of the Offers. |

The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. ICICI Bank shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to cancel the offer to any Referred Persons or Referrer where such prohibition is applicable and / or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. |

7. |
ICICI Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate any eligible customer of the offer hereunder. |
|

8. |
In all matters relating to the Offer outlined hereunder, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects. |

9. |
The Offer shall be governed by Indian law. All disputes arising under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai. |

10. |
