This is the sixth year in a row that the Bank has won this award. This award is one of the most prestigious awards for consumer banking in Asia Pacific, Central Asia, Middle East and Africa. More than 300 banks and non-bank retail financial institutions from more than 42 countries participate in these awards every year.

This year, ICICI Bank has also ranked 7th in the ‘Top 10 Retail Banks in Asia’ list published by Asian Banker. ICICI Bank is the only Indian bank to feature in this list.

This year the Bank was also awarded in ‘Best Mobile Initiative, Application or Programme’ and ‘Best API Initiative, Application or Programme’ categories.
