While ICICI Bank has no obligation to monitor the functioning of this website, Visitors acknowledge and agree that ICICI Bank has the right to monitor the functioning of this website electronically or otherwise from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary or appropriate to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Website properly or to protect itself, its affiliates and partners, and its and their respective directors, employees agents and representatives.

The records of access, instructions, transactions and other activities maintained or caused to be maintained by ICICI Bank through its or a third party's computer systems or on tape or other recording or storage device or otherwise shall be admissible in evidence, shall not be challenged by the Registered User and shall be accepted as genuine, accurate, conclusive and binding for all purposes including the recording of the time thereof.
