Generate Credit Card PIN online
- Active Credit Card is required to generate PIN online.
- OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
- Credit card holders can add / update mobile number by visiting the nearest ICICI Bank Branch, along with physical credit card, address proof and photo identity proof.
- In case you have updated your mobile number in the past 24 hours, you will not be able to generate ATM PIN online.
- To generate Credit Card PIN on our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system or to make a request for PIN to be sent at your communication address, please call our Customer Care.
ICICI Bank makes generating a Credit Card PIN easy with Internet Banking. Stop worrying about your Credit Card PIN change or generation and follow the below steps:
Login to ICICI Bank Internet Banking
Select Credit Card from Cards & Loans
Select ‘Generate Credit Card PIN Online’ from the left menu
Choose your Card and enter the CVV
Click ‘Submit’ to get the OTP on your registered mobile number
Enter the OTP and proceed to Set New PIN and Submit.
You can also initiate Credit Card PIN change through iMobile Pay. Follow the steps below:
- Login to iMobile Pay and select Cards & Forex
- Select your Card and click on Generate PIN
- Set your Credit Card PIN and Submit.
Generating your PIN online is quick, convenient and secure, as you can do it from the comfort of your home through ICICI Bank Internet Banking or iMobile Pay. Once you've generated/changed your Credit Card PIN online, you can start using it for online and offline transactions immediately.
