I Ajay Malik S/o Sh O.P. Malik, had taken Home Loans from your esteemed bank. This letter is with regard to the timely help and assistance given by Mr. Prince Swapnil (Regional Debt Manager, Chandigarh) in our times of need. He not only guided us and foreclosed our loan accounts, but also helped us in many ways.

We are running Home Loans with ICICI Bank on my father’s name Sh. OP Malik, who used to interact with Mr Prince Swapnil, suddenly my father passed away and we were not aware to whom we should contact in the bank as we are based out of USA. We found Mr. Swapnil’s number in my father’s mobile phone. We contacted him and informed about the death of my father. Mr. Swapnil visited our house and updated us about the loans. We have paid some installments after that and then decided to close the loan.

My mother visited India and Mr. Swapnil helped her to close the loan and handed over the documents. Not only this, he also helped me to get my money returned when I tried ICICI Bank ATM Card to withdraw at Bank of America ATM at USA. aware about the financials like bank accounts/FD’s etc. of my father. Mr. Swapnil helped her to get the accounts and FDs transferred to her name and to withdraw the money from other banks. Mr. Swapnil also helped us to activate and maintained our ICICI Bank account at Chandigarh. We have opened an FD of Rs 20 lakh at ICICI Bank, Chandigarh branch instead of other bank.
