For documents to reach ICICI Bank, it takes 8 working days if they are sent through courier and 15 working days if sent by post.
If documents are sent to a PO Box (available for USA, Singapore, UK, UAE, Australia and Canada), it takes 21 working days for them to reach ICICI Bank.
If you have provided your mobile number or e-mail ID, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or e-mail respectively. Providing the mobile number or e-mail ID here will not result in an update of your mobile number or e-mail ID as recorded with us.
