Bank Account - Upgrade to a feature rich debit card

  1. The delivery will be attempted by courier within 5 working days.
  2. If you do not have an ATM/Debit Card issued for your ICICI Bank Account, you may apply for a new ATM/Debit Card by visiting the nearest ICICI Bank Branch.
  3. To begin using your new card, you simply need to do the first transaction at any ATM. Your existing ICICI Bank Debit Card will then be automatically deactivated within 48 hours of this transaction.
  4. Joining Fee (plus Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable) for the card selected will be debited from the account you have selected. Annual Fee (plus GST as applicable) will be debited from the account you have selected above from second year onwards.
  5. Charges are subject to change without prior notice.
  6. In case of Joint Accounts, card will be issued individually to all account holders whose names have been mentioned in the request. Annual Fee will be applicable for every card issued.
  7. Card will be sent to your communication address as available in the Bank records. To update your address, please make a request through the 'Service Requests' option on the left-hand side of this page.
  8. In case you have not updated your PAN, please visit any of our branches and submit either Form 60 or PAN details for us to capture an upgrade request.
  9. If you have provided your mobile number or e-mail ID, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or e-mail, respectively. Providing the mobile number or e-mail ID here will not result in an update of your mobile number or e-mail ID as recorded with us. In order to update our records with the new contact details, please call our Customer Care or visit any of the nearest branch.
  10. ICICI Bank does not take any responsibility, and will also not be liable for your claims if the details provided by you are incorrect/incomplete.
  11. This functionality is currently not available for NRI and Current Account customers.
  12. Any Standing Instructions on your existing Debit Card will need to be updated on the new Debit Card, post upgrade. This will include third party payments like bill payments, insurance premium payments, water bill payments, electricity bill payments, etc.
