Bank Account - Request to update employer name in Savings Account

1. I understand and agree that

• The request will be processed in 1 working day.
• My employer needs to be empanelled with ICICI Bank for Salary Account.
• I abide by the terms and conditions applicable to salary account as set forth on the website www.icicibank.com

Terms and conditions applicable for change in Employer Name:

• The requested change will be reflected in the account only if salary credit in your account is from the same corporate selected by you in the request.
• The terms and conditions governing the account will be as applicable to salary accounts of the company mentioned by me.
• Any modification as applied for herein shall be applicable to all the accounts under the given customer ID.
• By changing the employer name, benefits applicable to the salary account would be as per new employer.
