- Your request will be closed in 2 working days.
- Place this request for any billing related clarifications for your Demat Account. Also you can give a request to recover the due amount or check if the due amount is recovered.
- You can check the status of direct debit/ECS for the Demat bill through the Customer Ledger option available under the Demat Menu from My Accounts section.
- We will be unable to recover the Demat charges, if the amount is blocked for trading.
- If you have provided your mobile number or e-mail ID, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or e-mail respectively. Providing the mobile number or e-mail ID here will not result in an update of your mobile number or e-mail ID as recorded with us.
