Terms & Conditions - Blocking of ATM/Debit card

  • In case there is an unauthorized transaction on your ATM/Debit card, we request you to block the ATM/Debit card immediately and contact our 24-hour Customer Care or visit your nearest ICICI Bank branch
  • Temporarily blocked ATM/ Debit card can be unblocked by any one of the below methods –

    • Login through your Internet Banking user ID and password
    • Login into I-Mobile
    • Call up ICICI Bank Customer Care on 1860 120 7777
    • Visit nearest ICICI Bank branch
  • Active and/or temporarily blocked ATM/Debit cards can be blocked permanently
  • In case the ATM/Debit card which you are blocking permanently is in your possession, please destroy the ATM/Debit card by cutting it into 4 pieces, once the ATM/Debit card is blocked
  • ATM/Debit card is mandatory for online transactions. You can request for reissue of a new ATM/Debit card
  • The primary account holder accepts these terms and conditions, on behalf of the joint holder
  • These terms and conditions are in addition to the primary terms and conditions applicable for Savings Account and those governing Internet Banking service of ICICI Bank as updated from time to time on ICICI Bank website
