Demat Account Maintenance Related
Please place this request to check the status of application for address change, nomination, signature change, demat account closure etc. that you have submitted at our demat branch.
For address change related request, please mention the proofs which were submitted along with the application at branch.
Please note that if you need to close your Demat account, you should make the request for the same in the prescribed form. The account closure form is available at the nearest Demat Branch. Submit the duly filled up form at the Branch. Before placing request for account closure, please ensure that,
There are no holdings in the account or you have requested for transfer of all holdings in your account closure request.
You have paid all your dues.
If you have provided your mobile number or email, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or email respectively. Providing the mobile number or email here will not result in an update of your mobile number or email as recorded with us.
