Terms and Conditions for ICICI Bank Internet Banking Shopping Fest 2022

I. Definitions

1. “Alliance Partner” shall include all the entities with whom ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) has valid and subsisting alliance agreements for the purposes of providing the Offer/s (defined below) mentioned herein.
2. “Customer/s" shall mean a person who holds a savings account, or any other type of account/s, with ICICI Bank which is/are eligible for ICICI Bank internet banking services.
3. “Offer/s” refers to issuance of Gift Vouchers by the Alliance Partners pursuant to the offers terms and conditions of the offers, as further described in these Terms.
4. “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from February 5, 2022 to March 31, 2022 both days inclusive.
5. “Online Purchase” refers to making payment to purchase products/services available on third party merchant websites or applications.
6. "Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction/attempted transaction is either unsuccessful or has taken place but has been rejected/ cancelled/ been unsuccessful at any third party website.
7. "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s products and services, as available at www.icicibank.com, including that applicable on savings account and internet banking.
8. “Website” means the websites and online platforms of the Alliance Partners as specified in the specific Offers.
9. “Winner/s” shall mean the Customer/s meeting the eligibility criteria of the Offer, mentioned for each individual offer.
10. “Secure Inbox” shall mean the inbox present in the logged in section of retail internet banking portal of the Customer.
11. “Gift Voucher/Gift Card” refers to the redeemable vouchers issued by the respective Alliance Partner to the Winners for the amount specified in each Offer terms and conditions, redeemable only on the Website.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Terms and conditions for Offer by Amazon:

Definitions for the Offer -

1. “Amazon” shall refer to Amazon Seller Services Private Limited.
2. “Amazon Pay Voucher or Amazon Gift Card (GC) *or Amazon Pay offer “ shall refer to the Gift Voucher issued by Amazon Pay India Pvt ltd.
3. “Amazon Gift Card (GC)* ” shall refer to the Amazon Gift Voucher on icicibank.woohoo.in

Eligibility criterion for Offer:

During the Offer Period, to become Winners, Customers shall have to:

1. Make their first ever Online Purchase using ICICI Bank Internet Banking of minimum Rs. 500; or
2. Make an Online Purchase using ICICI Bank Internet Banking of minimum Rs.500, if the Customer/s has not performed any Online Purchase, during the last three calendar months prior to the Offer Period.

Other terms and conditions applicable on Offer:

1. The Gift Voucher shall be of ₹250.
2. The Offer shall be available only to the first 1500 Customers, every day of the Offer Period, to meet the Eligibility criteria.
3. The Gift Voucher shall be applicable only once per Customer on the Website.
4. The Gift Voucher will be valid up to 6 months from the date of communication of the gift voucher sent to the Winners.

3. Click on ‘Checkout’ at the bottom of the page
4. Enter your name, registered e-mail ID and mobile number
5. Enter the voucher code given above in the ‘Voucher Code’ box

7. Place the order to receive your Amazon code (on your registered e-mail ID and mobile number)

Terms prescribed by Alliance Partner

1. Amazon Gift Cards ("GCs") are issued by the Qwikcilver Solutions Private limited ("Qwikcilver"). Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon.in Gift Cards.
2. To add your GC to your Amazon Pay balance, visit www.amazon.in/addgiftcard
3. Beneficiary can apply the 14 digit code (under scratch card) on amazon.in/addgiftcard and add the gift card balance in his/her Amazon.in account. This balance gets automatically applied at the time of next purchase. There is no cap on number of gift cards that can be added to an account.
4. Amazon Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with the GCs in your Amazon.in account.
5. Amazon Pay balance are redeemable across all products on Amazon.in except apps, certain global store products and other Amazon.in gift cards.
6. Amazon Pay balance must be used only towards the purchase of eligible products on amazon.in
7. You may request for revalidation of any expired GC. Upon receipt of such request, the GC may be revalidated after due verification and subject to applicable terms and conditions.
8. Certain merchants may provide you services only on the pre-condition that you allow us to hold balances in your Amazon Pay balance: GC till the service completion by the merchant. However, your prior consent would be taken before holding such balances. In such cases, you agree and authorize us to: (i) hold your balance until service completion; and (ii) fail the transaction if your balance in the Amazon Pay Gift Card is less than the actual amount charged by the merchant at the end of the services.
9. The GCs, including any unused Amazon Pay balance, expire one year from the date of issuance of the GC
10. GCs cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for the cash.
11. Qwikcilver, Amazon or their affiliates are not responsible if a GC is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

III. Terms and conditions for Offer by Big Basket Private Limited.

Definitions

1. “Alliance Partner” for this Offer shall mean Big Basket India Private Limited.
2. “Website” for the Offer shall refer to www.bigbasket.com and the corresponding mobile application.

Offer eligibility criterion for Offer:

1. Every day, during the Offer Period, first 1,000 Customers who have done at most one Online Purchase during the previous calendar month prior to the Offer Period (January 2022) in e-commerce, utility or telecom and make two online purchases, minimum cumulative total of the payments needs to be Rs.1500, using ICICI Bank internet banking during Offer Period will be eligible for to be Winners for this Offer.
2. All winners will receive the Gift Voucher through SMS/email/secure inbox within 90 (ninety) days from the date of the second online purchase made during the Offer Period.

Other terms and conditions

1. Valid only in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Indore, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Lucknow, Kanpur, Ludhiana, Mysore, Nagpur, Patna, Surat, Vadodara, Vijayawada, Guntur and Vishakapatnam.
2. Gift Card can be used on bigbasket website, App and Mobile-site
3. Gift Card will be valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of issue
4. Entire Gift Card amount will be redeemed and credited to the bb wallet. After the amount is credited, it can be used across multiple orders.
5. Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit
6. If the customer misplaces the gift card, bigbasket shall not be responsible to reimburse / refund
7. No duplicate will be issued if the gift card is lost or misplaced
8. Gift Card cannot be re-validated once expired
9. The holder of the gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary
10. Validity period of the gift card will not be extended under any circumstances
11. Any dispute should be referred to bigbasket and the decision of bigbasket shall be final.
12. If Gift Card is purchased in a city not mentioned above, amount will not be reimbursed/refunded.

General Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

1. The Offer is valid only for all Customer(s) and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, either before or during the Offer Period.
2. Participation in the Offer by the Customer(s) is on a voluntary basis.
3. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Customer(s).
4. The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non - encash able.
5. The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
6. ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discounts / benefits or of any products and/or services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
7. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer(s) due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer(s). Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer(s).
8. All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner without any reference to ICICI Bank.
9. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
10. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such Offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
11. If the Customer(s) cease(s) to be a Customer(s) at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such Customer(s).
12. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
13. ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the concerned Alliance Partner or Customers from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer or otherwise by the use of the internet banking facility.
14. ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of any products and services.
15. ICICI Bank has the right to withdraw or modify the term and conditions of the Offer without any prior notice.
