I. Definitions

“Alliance Partner” shall mean Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorised by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such E-Gift Cards/Vouchers.With whom ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) has valid and subsisting alliance agreements for the purposes of providing the Offer/s (defined below) mentioned herein.
“Customer/s" shall mean a person who holds a savings account with ICICI Bank which is/are eligible for ICICI Bank internet banking services.
“Offer/s” refers to issuance of Gift Vouchers by the Alliance Partners pursuant to the offers terms and conditions of the offers, as further described in these Terms.
“Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from October 5th, 2021 to October 31, 2021, both days inclusive.
“Online Purchase” refers to making payment to purchase products/services, including but not limited to utility bill payments, television recharge, etc as available on websites .
"Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction/attempted transaction is either unsuccessful or has taken place but has been rejected/ cancelled/ been unsuccessful at any third party website.
"Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s products and services, as available at www.icicibank.com, including that applicable on savings account and internet banking.
“Winner/s” shall mean the Customer/s meeting the eligibility criteria of the Offer/s, mentioned for each individual Offer/s.
“Secure Inbox” shall mean the inbox present in the logged in section of ICICI Bank’s retail internet banking portal.
“e- Gift Card / Voucher ” refers to the redeemable vouchers issued by the respective Alliance Partner to the Winners for the amount specified in each Offer terms and conditions, redeemable only on the Website.
“Website” in the above definition means the Woohoo website mentioned for the respective brands below
Voucher code refers to the code which shall be shared to the customer via SMS/Email/Secure inbox on successfully being eligible for the criteria mentioned belowAll capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.
Terms and conditions for Offer by Big Basket Private Limited.

Definitions

“Alliance Partner” for this Offer shall mean Big Basket India Private Limited.
“Website” for the Offer shall refer to www.bigbasket.com and the corresponding mobile application.

Offer eligibility criterion for Offer:

During the Offer Period, to become Winners, Customers shall have to:

Make an Online Purchase using ICICI Bank internet banking of minimum Rs. 250, provided that they have never made an Online Purchase through ICICI Bank internet banking before; or
Make an Online Purchase using ICICI Bank internet banking of minimum Rs. 500, if the Customer/s has not performed any Online Purchase, during the last three calendar months prior to the Offer Period.
The Offer shall be available only to the first 1500 Customers, every day of the Offer Period, to meet the Eligibility criteria.

Valid only in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Indore, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Lucknow, Kanpur, Ludhiana, Mysore, Nagpur, Patna, Surat, Vadodara, Vijayawada, Guntur and Vishakapatnam
Gift Card can be used on bigbasket website, big basket App and M-site
Gift Card will be valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of issue
Entire Gift Card amount will be redeemed and credited to the bb wallet. After the amount is credited, it can be used across multiple orders.
Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit
If the customer misplaces the gift card, bigbasket shall not be responsible to reimburse / refund
No duplicate gift card will be issued if the gift card is lost or misplaced
Gift Card cannot be re-validated once expired
The holder of the gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary
Validity period of the gift card will not be extended under any circumstances
Any dispute between the customer and Big Basket should be referred to bigbasket and the decision of bigbasket shall be final
If Gift Card is purchased in a city not mentioned above, amount will not be reimbursed/refunded

2. Terms and conditions for Myntra Offer:

Definitions for the Offer -

“Website” for the Offer shall refer to www.myntra.com, and “mobile app” refers to the mobile application of “ Myntra Designs Private Ltd (“Myntra”)” on which the e-Gift Card can be redeemed
Myntra User Account is the account customer holds on Myntra Website to make online purchases

Eligibility criterion for Offer:

Every day, during the Offer Period, first 2000 Customers who have done atleast one Online Purchase during the previous 3 calendar months prior to the Offer Period (starting October 2021) in only one of the categories of Ecommerce, utility, AMC (Asset Management Company) or credit card and make atleast two Online Purchases using ICICI Bank internet banking during Offer Period in a category different from the one they have been transacting in the past 3 calendar months shall be eligible for to be Winners for this Offer.
All winners will receive the Voucher codes through SMS/email/Secure Inbox within 60 (sixty) days from the date of the second Online Purchase made during the Offer Period.

Myntra E- Gift Card is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards.
This E-Gift Card is redeemable only on Myntra marketplace platform.
This E-Gift Card shall have a minimum validity period of 1 Year.
This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Multiple E-Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order. E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only.
In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Card. The E - Gift Card amount shall not be refunded to the user's cashback account.
The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the item being purchased by the Customer, after the discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by credit card/debit card/internet banking/cash on delivery.
Extra VAT may apply in addition to the unit sale price on certain products, but the final inclusive price will not exceed the 'Maximum Retail Price (“M.R.P.”).
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer.
If the order value is less than the amount of the E - Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
For individual retail customers E - Gift Cards can be purchased on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App using the following payment modes only - credit card, debit card and net banking.
Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card.
The customer is solely responsible for the safety and security of the E -Gift Cards. myntra.com/Qwikcilver Solutions are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com/ Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards.
Myntra.com/Qwikcilver Solutions assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the E - Gift Card and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. Product warranty shall be regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective products.
Validity of E - Gift Card cannot be extended, new E - Gift Card cannot be provided against the expired/unused E - Gift Cards.
Qwikcilver/Myntra reserves the right to cancel the E - Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
The customer agrees and understands that E - Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment instrument subjected to regulations by RBI under the RBI guidelines. Myntra/ Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Myntra/ Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the Gift Card for any such information.
Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on myntra.com. In case of return of the purchased item, please refer to the “Return Policy” on our website or write to returns@myntra.com.
All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.
E-Gift Cards are not applicable on the following sellers: Titan Company Limited, Bluestone Jewellery & Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Pvt. Ltd.

This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against all sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only except items sold by TITAN company Ltd, BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Pvt Ltd and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited.

3. Terms and conditions for Offer with Amazon Pay

Definitions

“ Amazon” shall refer to Amazon Seller Services Private Limited
“ Amazon Pay Voucher or Amazon Gift Card (GC) *or Amazon Pay offer “ shall refer to the Voucher issued by Amazon Pay India Pvt ltd
“Amazon Gift Card (GC)* ” shall refer to the Amazon Gift Voucher on icicibank.woohoo.in

Offer eligibility criterion for this Offer:

During the Offer Period, customers who have done two transactions in any of the e-commerce, utility or telecom category in the calendar month prior to the Offer Period (October 2021), will be eligible for the offer if they do at least 3 transactions in the mentioned categories in the offer period.
The Offer shall be available only to the first 500 Customers, every day of the Offer Period, to meet the Eligibility criteria.
For all Winners in a month during the Offer Period, the Gift Voucher will be sent to Winners after the Offer Period per month through SMS text/ email and Secure Inbox within 90 days from the end of the Offer Period.

Amazon Gift Cards ("GCs") are issued by the Qwikcilver Solutions Private limited ("Qwikcilver"). Credit cards and debit cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon.in Gift Cards.

Beneficiary can apply the 14 digit code (under scratch card) on amazon.in/addgiftcard and add the gift card balance in his/her Amazon.in account. This balance gets automatically applied at the time of next purchase. There is no cap on number of gift cards that can be added to an account.
Amazon Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with the GCs in your Amazon.in account.
Amazon Pay balance are redeemable across all products on Amazon.in except apps, certain global store products and other Amazon.in gift cards.
Amazon Pay balance must be used only towards the purchase of eligible products on amazon.in
You may request for revalidation of any expired Gift Cards. Upon receipt of such request, the Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and subject to applicable terms and conditions.

General Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank for all Offer/s.

The Offer/s is valid only for all Customer(s) and who have received communication about the Offer/s from ICICI Bank, either before or during the Offer Period.
Participation in the Offer by the Customer(s) is on a voluntary basis.
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Customer(s).
The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non - encashable.
The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discounts / benefits or of any products and/or services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer(s) due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer(s). If the Customer(s) cease(s) to be a Customer(s) at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such Customer(s).
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the concerned Alliance Partner or Customers from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer or otherwise by the use of the internet banking facility.
ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of any products and services or E-Gift Cards.
ICICI Bank has the right to withdraw or modify the term and conditions of the Offer without any prior notice.
