Jabong Offer Terms and Conditions

I. Definitions

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Novarris Fashion Trading Private Limited hereby referred to as “Jabong.com”, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Mobile Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account maintained with ICICI Bank which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Service(s) “shall mean Mobile Banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Mobile Banking User.
• “Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from June 01, 2018 to Sept 30, 2018, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to e ICICI Bank’s Mobile Banking facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner: www.jabong.com.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer:

• For existing Jabong users:

  • Rs 500 off on min. spend of Rs 1000

The availability of the offer is based on the following criteria:

• To avail benefits under the Offer the ICICI Bank Credit and Debit cardholder shall be required to make a transaction/purchase on the Website using ICICI Bank Credit and Debit cardholder Service(s) during the Offer Period till August 31, 2018.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Credit and Debit cardholder selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Credit and Debit cardholder is on a voluntary basis.
• The ICICI Bank Credit and Debit cardholder may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank Credit and Debit cardholder by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions

III. Steps to avail the Offer

• Log on to www.jabong.com
• Select products of choice
• Enter your coupon code at the time of booking to be eligible for the discount during checkout before making payment.
• Make your Payment through ICICI Bank Internet Banking, Credit or Debit cardholder.

For existing Jabong user

• The Cardholder will need to make the transaction on Jabong.com page or Jabong App and enter the Promo Code ICICNB1000 before checkout to get the offer.
• Maximum discount on already discounted products shall not exceed 35% of the MRP of the product with capping of Rs 500.

For New Jabong user

• The Cardholder will need to make the transaction on Jabong.com page or Jabong App and enter the Promo Code ICICNBNEW before checkout to get the offer.
• Maximum discount on already discounted products shall not exceed 60% of the MRP of the product with capping of Rs 500.
• Offer valid on all products listed on Jabong platform

General T&C

• Offer is valid on payments made with ICICI Bank Internet banking, Debit & Credit Cards only.
• Offer valid till 30^th September ‘2018.
• Offer is not applicable on gold coins, precious Jewellery, Innerwear, Beauty Products, Tommy Hilfiger, Casio, Gini & Jony, Jockey.
• This offer is not valid on Cash on Delivery orders.
• Multiple coupons cannot be clubbed in a single order.
• In case of cancellations, (in part or full either from customer’s end or from Jabong’s end) the total discount availed for the said transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
• All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on Jabong.com
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-cashable.
• Jabong reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program/offer at any time without any prior notice.
• All standard Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) mentioned on Jabong website/App would apply. In case of third party services/products, customer's sole recourse against the third party services/products being provided by third party suppliers shall be with the concerned suppliers only, and shall be subject to said supplier's own terms and conditions.
