    Other Services - Link My ICICI Lombard Health Policy


    1. Your request will be closed in 3 working days.
    2. Currently, you can link only Motor, Health and Home policies.
    3. In case of Joint Accounts, Linking will be done only if Primary account holder is same in both ICICI Bank and ICICI Lombard General Insurance records.
    4. Second Account holder policy cannot be linked to User ID.
    5. For any policy related queries, contact ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company at 1800 2666 or mail to customersupport@icicilombard.com
    6. Linking request will not be processed for Home policy if, Name does not match with ICICI Bank Records.
    7. If you have provided your mobile number or e-mail ID, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or e-mail respectively. Providing the mobile number or e-mail ID here will not result in an update of your mobile number or e-mail ID as recorded with us.
