Provogue Terms and Conditions
I. Definitions
- "Alliance Partner" shall mean "Provogue India Ltd", who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
- "Offer" shall mean, that the existing and new ICICI Bank customer who will use use or apply for ICICI Bank Internet Banking service of during the offer period shall get alliance partner’s Mens/Ladies Premium watches that can be availed by ICICI Bank customer by paying handling charge of Rs 399 during the Offer Period on the www.Provogue.com/icicinetbanking.
- "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from June 8, 2017 to September 30, 2017, both days inclusive.
- "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
- "Website" shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner i.e. www.Provogue.com/icicinetbanking.
- "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by Provogue.
All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.
II. Offer Details
- Any ICICI Bank savings account Value Banking and Privilege Banking customers who activate ICICI Bank Internet Banking facility during the offer period shall be eligible for the offer as defined hereinabove.
- To activate Internet Banking, customers are required to Login to ICICIBank.com using their User ID and Password.
- To activate iMobile, download iMobile from Google playstore or App store and login with 4 digit PIN or your User ID and password.
- Such Customer can avail Alliance partner’s His/Her fashion accessories worth upto Rs.4599 by paying shipping and handling charge upto Rs 699 to Provogue.
- The fashion accessory selection and payment has to be done at the website www.provogue.com/icicinetbanking. Payment can be done using ICICI Bank Internet Banking only.
- The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non- en-cashable.
- The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
- The offer is valid only till stock lasts.
Steps to avail the offer
Customer who are eligible to said Offer shall follow the below mentioned process.
Customer has to Log on to www.Provogue.com/icicinetbanking
- Promo code will be sent to your secured mailbox within 30 days of activation.
- Customer shall Select Provogue Accessories per given categories at the website of the Alliance Partner.
- Customer shall make the payment through payment through the ICICI Bank Internet Banking services only.
- Product selected by the ICICI Bank customer will be delivered by Alliance partner to the Customer within 28 working days.
III. Terms and Conditions as prescribed by Provogue
- Once the user places an order for Special Privilege it will be delivered within 28 working days.
- The Payment towards handling charges while indenting for Provogue Accessory should be made through ICICI Bank Netbanking Only.
- Any manufacturing defect should be communicated to Provogue within 7 days of order receipt to be eligible for replacement warranty.
- This special privilege valid till Oct 2017.
- Order for Provogue Accessory has to be placed Online after redeeming the code.
- Two schemes cannot be clubbed together.
- This Special Privilege will be delivered only in India.
- ICICI Bank holds no responsibility for products or services being offered in alliance with this offer.
- Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts only.
IV. Terms Prescribed by ICICI Bank
- This offer is brought to ICICI Net Banking Customers solely by Provogue . ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of Provogue.
- ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by “Provogue".
The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute.
- Any claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by Provogue. In the event of any customer claims arising due to any acts and omission on the part of ICICI Bank or claims or fraud related to the ICICI Bank Internet banking, ICICI shall be liable to address such disputes.
- All communication / notices with regard to the said claims attributable to Provogue should be addressed to , Provogue India Ltd., 105 / 106, Provogue house, off new link road , Andheri (W), Mumbai - 400053.
- All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at the below mentioned email id icici@Provogue.com without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Provogue within 15 working days of transaction.

- ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the -Offer Partner/s or ICICI Bank ICICI Bank Internet Banking user from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the ICICI Bank services.
- ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
- The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
- ICICI Bank and Provogue together reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever after the offer period.
- If the ICICI Bank user ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such ICICI Bank user.
Jabong Terms and Conditions
- Alliance Partner" shall mean Novarris Fashion Trading Pvt Ltd herein after referred by as "Jabong.com", who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
- "Customer/s" shall mean such customers of ICICI Bank who hold an ICICI Bank savings account, are not Channel users and have received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
- "Offer" shall mean a discount of INR 1000(one thousand) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/ Services using the Channel during the Offer Period on the Website.
- "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from July 01, 2017 to November 30, 2017, both days inclusive.
- "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Channel
- "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
- "Website" shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner "www.jabong.com"
- "Channel/s" shall mean one of the following: a. ICICI Bank iMobile app b. ICICI Bank internet banking
- All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.
II. Offer Construct
- The Alliance Partner will provide the Customer with a discount of INR 1000(thousand) on a minimum purchase of INR 3000 (three thousand) on the Website.
- The Customer will need to make the transaction on the Website and enter the promo code before checkout in order to avail the Offer.
- Offer will be valid on payments made with the Channel.
- Offer is not applicable on gold coins, precious jewellery, innerwear, beauty products, Tommy Hilfiger, Casio, Gini & Jony, Jockey.
- This Offer is not valid on Cash on Delivery orders.
- This Offer cannot be clubbed with other Offers.Multiple coupons cannot be clubbed in a single order.
- In case of cancellations, (in part or full either from Customer’s end or from the Alliance Partner’s Jabong’s end) the total discount availed for the said transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
- All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions applicable to the Products/ Services offered by the Alliance Partner. on Jabong.com
- The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-cashable.Jabong reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program/offer at any time without any prior notice
- All standard Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) mentioned on Jabong website/App would apply. III. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank
- This Offer is brought to you solely by the alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of the Alliance partner.
- ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the alliance partner
- Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer/s.
- The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner
- ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the Products/ Services or the disputes offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the Products/ Services discounts must be resolved by the Customer/s with the Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner or Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the service.

ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
- If the ICICI Bank Customer/s ceases to be a ICICI Bank Customer/s at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer/s.
- The Offer and the opportunity to participate therein are entirely voluntary. Participation in this Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer.
- In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation/notice whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer or discontinuation of it.
- ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of the discount availed by the Customer/s under this Offer.
- The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
