    Queries Related to EMI-on-Call Facility


    1. Your request will be processed in 2 working days.
    2. Please place this request if you have a query regarding the EMI-on-Call facility availed on your ICICI Bank Credit Cards.
    3. You can also place this request if you have misplaced / lost your amortisation schedule for the transactions converted into EMI-on-Call facility. The amortisation schedule will be sent to you within 8 working days and at no additional cost, to your mailing address.
    4. If you have provided your mobile number or email, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or email respectively. Providing the mobile number or email here will not result in an update of your mobile number or email as recorded with us.
