Terms and Conditions for Salary Account Provogue Offer

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to and are in addition to and not in derogation of the Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank’s Salary Savings Accounts (the “Primary Terms and Conditions”) as available on www.icicibank.com. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail. All capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as specified under the Primary Terms and Conditions.

DEFINITIONS

• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean, - a person who is employed with Infosys Ltd having an existing salary account and opens a new Family Plus with ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period and subject to such terms and conditions as shall be specified by ICICI Bank from time to time, or
• “Offer” shall mean the Gift/s being provided to the existing Customer/s free of cost on opening a Family Plus Account, as mentioned above with ICICI Bank during the Offer Period in accordance with ICICI Bank terms and conditions. This offer is presently valid to employees of Infosys Ltd. “Gift/s” for shall mean “Provogue sunglasses” for opening a new Family Plus Account.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from August 21, 2014 up to such time as the stocks last. Offer
• The Offer is valid only for select set of Customer/s (a new Family Plus with ICICI Bank as mentioned above during the Offer Period.
• Customer/s would receive the gift in 45 working days from the date of activation of the Family Plus Account.
• Customer need to sign the acknowledgment form in the event gift is handed over to them in the branch and return the duly signed and filled form with the authorized person/Branch Manager of the branch. Gift will not be exchanged or replaced once the same is handed over to the customer for any reason whatsoever.
• The Gift is subject to availability.
• This offer is valid to employees of Infosys Ltd only.
• The Gift/s will be delivered to Customer/s at their office / registered address as per ICICI Bank’s records.
• The Offer in limited to one gift per Customer even on satisfying more than one criteria.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Customer/s by ICICI Bank.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

Other Terms and Conditions

ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Gift/s.

• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer/s.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Gift/s shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on gifts / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the gift.
• Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank apply. ICICI Bank is not responsible for good provided by third parties.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the customers under this offer.
• The offer of opening of Family Plus Account is also available without offering a Gift.
