Terms and Conditions for Salary Accounts Referral Programme

 DEFINITIONS

• "Referrer(s)" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds Salary Savings Account (as defined hereunder) with ICICI Bank and has referred a colleague / friend from the organization of his work for opening of privilege salary account with ICICI Bank.
• "Salary Savings Account" shall include all variants of Savings Account under Salary segment, which customer(s) hold with ICICI Bank in accordance with ICICI Bank's terms and conditions with regard to such accounts as mentioned in the account opening form and appearing on ICICI Bank's website under URL www.icicibank.com and as amended from time to time (" Primary Terms and Conditions").
• "Offer" shall mean the Gift/s being provided to the Referrer(s)/customer(s) free of cost on giving a referral for opening of privilege salary account with ICICI Bank and such referral opening the account during the Offer Period, in accordance with ICICI Bank's Primary Terms and Conditions.
• "Gift/s" shall mean a gift and/or Voucher that the Referrer(s)/customer(s) would be eligible for on successful conversion of the referral lead i.e. in the event the person referred successfully opens a Privilege Salary Account with ICICI Bank in accordance with ICICI Bank's terms and condition governing Privilege Salary Account(s).
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from November 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013 (both days inclusive).
• The Offer is valid only once for select set of Referrer(s)/customer(s) (as per the definitions given above) who would refer their colleague / friend from the same organization of their work for opening Privilege Salary Account with ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• The referrer(s)/customer(s) would receive their gift and/or voucher from ICICI Bank within 45 days of end of Offer Period.
• The Gift is subject to availability.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Referrer(s)/customer(s) by ICICI Bank.

Other Terms and Conditions:

(1) The person(s) referred by the Referrer(s)/customer(s) should not be existing ICICI Bank customer(s).
(2) Only New Customer Acquisitions (NCA) will be considered for the purpose of this promotional Offer. No Upgrades will be allowed.
(3) The person(s) referred should be from the same corporate organization as the Referrer(s)/customer(s) and from the corporate organizations which are eligible / selected for this   promotional Offer by ICICI Bank. ICICI Bank shall in its discretion select the corporate organizations where this promotional Offer shall be extended and the decision of ICICI bank in this regard shall be final.
(4) Eligibility criteria for the person(s) referred for opening a Privilege Banking account is as under :

        (a)For Titanium Privilege Account-
             Net salary> 1 lac a month or Gross salary > 1.25 lac a month

        (b) For Gold Privilege Account-
              Net salary > 50K a month or Gross salary > 65K a month

(5) The Offer is valid for a limited period only.
(6) The Referrer/customer confirms having obtained the consent of the person referred for providing his / her details to ICICI Bank.
(7) ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Gift/s.
(8) The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Gift/s shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
(9) All claim against ICICI Bank, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
(10) ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
(11) Neither ICICI Bank nor any of its directors and employees, representatives, agents, and its Affiliates shall be held liable in event the Declaration and Undertaking given by Referrer(s)/customer(s) to ICICI Bank is found to be false and untrue. The Referrer(s)/customer(s) agrees, at its own expense, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ICICI Bank, its directors and employees, representatives, agents, and its affiliates against any claim, suit, action or other proceedings brought against ICICI Bank, its directors and employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates by the person(s) referred in respect to the use of his information/details as shared by the Referrer(s)/customer(s) with ICICI Bank, for opening of the Salary Privilege Bank Account in pursuance to this Offer.

Note:
"ICICI Bank may, at its sole discretion, utilize the services of external service provider/s or agent/s and on such terms as required or necessary, in relation to its products/services."
