Aircel ICICI Bank Mobile Money
ICICI Bank and ASML, a Aircel group of company jointly offer Aircel ICICI Bank Mobile Money, a prepaid account for Aircel subscribers through which they can instantly transfer funds, pay bills and do much more simply by dialing *345# from their mobile phones.
- Deposit Money
- You can refill your Mobile Money account multiple times. Visit nearest authorised Mobile Money agent and request to deposit money. The Agent will update the system and you will instantly receive a confirmation on SMS. After receiving the SMS please hand over the amount deposited in cash to the Agent.
- Withdraw Cash
- Registered Mobile Money customers - Dial *345# >> Select Withdraw Money >> Enter 10 Digit Retailer Mobile number >> Confirm retailer mobile number >> Enter Amount >> Enter MPIN to confirm
- Unregistered Mobile Money customers - You will receive an SMS along with details of the transaction and a withdrawal code. The sender would also inform you about the secret code and agent will facilitate the withdrawal request from his handset after verifying your proof of identity, mobile number, secret code and withdrawal code. Please note, no fees would be charged to you for this withdrawal.

This is a semi closed prepaid account. Once you register for Mobile Money and submit KYC documents your account is operated as a Semi-closed prepaid Account. Services offered in this account are Mobile and DTH Recharge , Bill Payments and Deposit Money - Full Account
This is an open loop account. As you meet our documentation guidelines and complete KYC, your Semi - closed prepaid account automatically is updated to a open loop prepaid Account and you can avail all the services offered by Mobile Money
- Aircel subscribers need to visit nearest authorised Aircel ICICI bank Mobile Money store and request for the mobile money services
- Agent would provide an account opening form which customers need to fill and submit to agent with one proof of address, proof of identity and a photograph.
- Pay a minimum initial deposit of Rs.100 which would be credited to your account post activation.
- Agent would activate your mobile money account post which you would receive a message confirming same.
- Your prepaid account would now be registered as Instant Account. Dial *345# and create your secure MPIN of your choice. You need to use this 4 digit MPIN each time when you make any transaction
- After KYC is completed by ICICI Bank your account is automatically upgraded to Full Account You can now avail all features offered by Aircel ICICI Bank Mobile Money
