Electronic: In a single day any customer can order up to a maximum of Rs. 10,000 worth of electronic shopping voucher.

What is the estimated delivery time for Gift Card?

Electronic: Delivery is instant. On successful completion of transaction the customer will receive the voucher instantly on his mobile via SMS or on his email address.

Physical: All orders are delivered in 4 to 5 working days from the time the payment is received and verified. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. For Special Offers & Promotions please add 2 more working Days to the Delivery Timeline. These special offers mean a Seasonal, Combo deals or short term promotional Shopping vouchers.

What is the validity of the Shopping vouchers purchased?

If you have received a physical voucher that is soiled/torn or incorrect, an email can be sent to the customer support team at csupportmr@euronetworldwide.com and you will get a response within 48 hours. You need to send relevant transaction details as mentioned below:

In this case Euronet will contact with Service provider for pick up of torn/soiled voucher and replacement of fresh shopping vouchers to the customer. This process will take additional 4 to 5 working days for complete resolution. There will not be any kind of additional charges for this replacement.

When does the refund happens in case of a failed transaction?

For any failed transaction, the amount will automatically gets refunded into your bank account with in 3 to 4 working days.

Are there any additional charges involved for ordering these shopping vouchers?

There are absolutely no additional charges involved although there is a standard delivery charge of Rs. 50 per order in case of physical shopping voucher.

What is the difference between Electronic shopping vouchers & Physical shopping vouchers?

Electronic shopping vouchers can be bought and delivered instantly in Electronic forms like SMS or Email by any customer. While redeeming this shopping vouchers, customer just needs to quote/flash his voucher code received on his email or sms.

Physical shopping vouchers are not delivered in electronic form and received as a Printed hardcopy brand voucher. These vouchers have necessary security codes and Hologram sticker, authorized stamp with signature etc. For redemption, Customer needs to carry the actual physical voucher and hand it over to the brand outlet cashier/POS during billing.

Are there any Shipping charges involved for ordering these Shopping vouchers?

Electronic: There will be absolutely no shipping charges for ordering electronic shopping vouchers. For e.g. customer has decided to purchase a voucher worth Rs. 1000. Then, the amount debited from the customer’s bank account would be Rs. 1000.

Physical: Rs. 50 will be charged for shipping & handling for each order irrespective of multiple voucher selection in one order. This amount will be debited while placing the order. For e.g. customer has decided to purchase a voucher worth Rs. 1000. Then, the amount debited from the customers bank account would be Rs.1050. Rs. 50 would be applicable for a single order which can have a single or multiple vouchers.

Do you deliver Physical Shopping vouchers to locations outside India?

No. Shopping vouchers can only be delivered within India.
