Dear Customer,
We refer to the loan availed by you from ICICI Bank for the of construction of a house on a plot/land.
As per the declaration provided by you to ICICI Bank, the construction of the house on the said plot/land was supposed to get completed within a period of 2 (two) years from the date of first disbursement of the sanctioned amount.
Hence, we request you to visit the nearest ICICI Bank Loan Servicing Branch and submit the below mentioned documents. Please ensure that the property address mentioned in the below document, is the same property address on which the above plot/land was availed.
- Occupancy certificate issued by competent authority OR
- Completion certificate issued by Architect OR
- Electricity Bill OR
- Water Bill.
Please submit the request within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of this communication. In case of non-receipt of the above documents within the stipulated timeline, penal charges to the extent of 1% of the outstanding, plus applicable taxes would be charged to your loan account.
