      Can I request for my gift to be delivered to another address?

      Gifts redeemed will be delivered only to the mailing address of the card member as updated in ICICI Bank records. This is to ensure that they reach the right recipient. If you wish the gift to be delivered to a different address, please ensure that you update this address in your Card account before placing the redemption request.

      When are the points credited to PAYBACK Account?

      1. PAYBACK Points from earned on the ICICI Bank Debit Card are credited to the PAYBACK Account by the 15th of the next month. For example, points earned in the month of February 2018, will be credited to the PAYBACK Account by March 15, 2018.
      2. PAYBACK Points earned on the ICICI Bank Credit Card are credited to the PAYBACK Account within 15 days after the Statement cycle.

      How do I earn PAYBACK points in Reward Program?

      You earn PAYBACK points by using your ICICI Bank Debit Card for payments at merchant outlets or websites worldwide. You can also earn PAYBACK points through your ICICI Bank Credit Card or at Book My Show, MakeMyTrip.com, HPCL and lots of other PAYBACK partners.
