Trouble logging in?
Conveniently and securely manage your finances from your home or office with ICICI Bank Internet Banking. To start using our internet banking services, all you need is your user ID and password.
But what do you do if you are having trouble logging in?
This could happen because perhaps, you may be entering an incorrect user ID or a wrong password. It could also be because your user ID or password may have expired or been disabled.
In case this happens, you need not worry. Simply click the buttons below to get your user ID and/or password.

Error messages you may get at the time of logging in, and what to do about them.
You might get the following error messages at the time of logging in. Explained below are the appropriate courses of action that you need to take in each case.
- Please recheck your user ID or password.
- The password is case-sensitive.
- In case you have forgotten your user ID or password, you can generate it now by clicking here.
- You can also call our Customer Care authenticate yourself and place a request to generate a new password. If you’re an NRI customer, Click here to contact our customer care.
- The new password will be generated at the end of the same day on which you placed the request. We’ll also then send it to the address you’ve registered with ICICI Bank.
- In case you require any further information, you may call our customer care. If you’re an NRI customer, click here to reach out to us.
- Entering the wrong password three times will disable your user ID.
- Please recheck your user ID or password.
- The password is case-sensitive.
- In case you have forgotten your user ID or password, you can generate it now by clicking here.

This results in your user ID being disabled. You can enable your user ID again by generating your password online. Click here to generate it now.

- Your user ID may have been disabled because your mobile number is not registered for receiving SMS alerts. As per the RBI’s guidelines on ‘Customer Protection – Limiting Liability of Customers in Unauthorised Electronic Banking Transactions’, you must mandatorily register for SMS alerts and, wherever available, register for e-mail alerts for electronic banking transactions. If your mobile number is not registered for receiving SMS alerts, your user ID will be disabled for making electronic banking transactions. In that case, please register your mobile number at any ATM of ICICI Bank by following these steps:
- Select ‘More Options’.
- Press the ‘Register your Mobile’ option.
- Enter your mobile number.
Alternatively, you may visit the nearest branch of ICICI Bank to register your mobile number and update your e-mail ID. Your user ID will be enabled for electronic banking transactions in two working days after you’ve updated your mobile number.
- If you receive this message, it means your user ID has been disabled. To recheck its status and confirm your user ID, click here.
- You can enable your user ID by generating your password online. Generate it now by clicking here.
- In case you are a resident Indian and you remember your password, you may call our Customer Care to enable your user ID again. If you’re an NRI customer, click here to do so.
